Rachel Burnham stepped into a full-time Operations Management role in 2025, after serving as Executive Assistant, since 2017.

Rachel’s clear communication, warmth and reliability has enabled her to build meaningful connections with leaders across generations, making her an integral part of the LCI team.

In her daily role, Rachel coordinates the firm’s internal systems and operations, streamlining client onboarding and event planning, and maintaining the firm’s digital platforms. She supports the firm’s partners and consultants by seamlessly coordinating priorities, logistics and calendars, while also serving as a welcoming point of contact for clients, vendors, and collaborators.

 

Rachel manages client engagements from start to finish—preparing materials, spearheading new initiatives, and ensuring that every interaction reflects LCI’s values of professionalism, clarity, and authenticity.  Her rare combination of creativity and precision supports LCI’s mission to grow while staying people-focused.

Before joining LCI, Rachel studied at Roberts Wesleyan College and built a broad foundation of experience in leadership and program management. She previously served as Learning and Development Coordinator at the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family in Washington, DC, and in her early career, she managed operations for a Western New York retail chain.

Rachel lives near Letchworth State Park in Upstate New York with her husband, two children, and their beloved Bernedoodle. Away from work, you’ll often find her outdoors with her family, from hiking and biking to kayaking and snowboarding.
