This course offers increased self-awareness and leadership skills development for 
highly-motivated emerging leaders and managers. 

 

Limited to 8 emerging leaders, this online course teaches high-impact leadership principles, strategies and skills in a confidential, challenging format. A practical approach enables motivated leaders to build self-awareness, competence and confidence as keystones for healthy cultures and relationships. In-course coaching addresses the specific, real-life challenges of participants. Each leader also benefits from supervised coaching practice and feedback.

Ideal candidates for this program include, but are not limited to:

  • Technically skilled, newly-promoted managers

  • Next-generation leaders in family businesses

  • Those new to leadership at any level

  • Recently-named partners in professional firms

  • Subject matter experts now leading a team

The group meets for four hours monthly, for one year. The sessions will take place 8:00 am - 12:00 pm EST.

  • October 10 - Relationship Triangles

  • November 14 - Coaching Skills 1 Clinic

  • December 12, 2024 - Coaching Skills 2 Clinic

  • January 9 - Courage in Leadership

  • February 13 - Humility in Leadership

The $6,900 fee covers the year-long course including all materials.
