Gregory Vangellow

After the nine-month Advanced Leadership Course, I find myself less anxious in handling difficult situations. I am a clearer thinker and I allow my people to find their own solutions and become more independent. The life skills taught in this course are universally applied whether in a work environment or at home. The course helped me learn how to get to the root of an issue and challenged me to understand my role in the issue, analyze what can be done about it and most importantly hold myself accountable for an action.
