The Advanced Leadership Course presented by Leadership Coaching, Inc. was a life altering experience for me. The focus on "Self" definition, "Self" reflection and "Self" management was exactly what I needed on both a professional and personal level. Becoming more self aware and conscious of my automatic reactions/tendencies, has improved my relationships at home and in the workplace. What I learned from the Advanced Leadership Course (ALC) is the basis for my continual career & personal development.
