As the firm’s first point of client contact, Rachel coordinates John Engels’ calendar and schedules all coaching, facilitation, teaching, and speaking engagements for Leadership Coaching, Inc. consultants.

 

Rachel also manages office operations and external logistics for the company’s Annual Leaders Retreat,  "Base Camp" and "Knowing Self, Growing Others" courses, and other public firm-sponsored events.
