Leadership Coaching, Inc. was founded in 1996 to help leaders promote responsibility and maturity in their work settings and families. 

 

Our dramatically-effective relationship management process is informed by Bowen Family Systems Theory, and the most recent relationship research from evolutionary biology and psychology.

 

We offer a “one size fits one” array of services that includes individual coaching, leadership team communication and culture-building, and customized courses offered in-house, online or offsite.

 

In addition, we offer two public leadership courses each year:
